Master Scheduler 3.2 3.2 out of 5 stars Lenoir, NC 28645 General Requirements This position will require the employee to fulfill the following general requirements for employment at Stallergenes Greer and includes but is not limited to: Practice good hygiene and personal sanitation practices Compliance with applicable standard operating procedures Compliance with company environmental health and safety procedures Protect and preserve Stallergenes Greer physical property and equipment Protect and preserve Stallergenes Greer intellectual property and confidential information The candidate will be responsible for program specific project management. Core responsibilities include but are not limited to assisting with Basis of Design review/approval, assisting with business case documentation, project charters, project plan documents and monthly reporting to site executives. Education Requirements This position requires the following minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering related field Work Experience Requirements 5-7 years of experience in a highly regulated environment: pharmaceutical, biotechnology or related industry 2 to 3 years of experience in project management (preferred) Knowledge of FDA and European compliance regulations Knowledge of GAMP guidelines applicable to project management for the pharmaceutical industry. Knowledge of engineering and validation life cycles Experience with various technologies and automated systems used in the pharmaceutical industry Demonstrated experience with working alongside general and trade contractors Specific Job Requirements Job Task(s) This position requires the following requirements for employment at Stallergenes Greer and includes but is not limited to: Coordinate construction execution schedules with internal and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, and within scope. Developing project schedules while involving all relevant stakeholders. Coordinate monthly progress updates for the TechOps and Quality units. Assist Program Director in maintaining project budget files and financial dashboards. Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques Report and escalate to management as needed Manage the relationship with the General Contractor, PM and all stakeholders Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors Physical Demand(s) The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
