A Day in The Life of an Administrator
As an Administrator in Operations, you will be responsible for operational support such as general administrative tasks like running various reports, maintaining customer information, and assisting with tasks to ensure the branch is compliant.
Conduct inventory procedures
Review return authorization and credit memo forms pending return of material
Inspect condition of return material and placement of returns pending final disposition
Check inventory items and ensure they are consistent with Wesco Standards
Run credit memos when appropriate

Education & Experience
High school degree or equivalent required
1 year of operational or administrative experience preferred
1 year of customer service and internal sales experience preferred
Forklift experience is a plus

Compensation Details
$18.76 – $22.51 Per Hour
This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements.
For eligible positions, compensation may also include participation in a bonus or sales compensation plan paid according to achievement against sales targets and/or business objectives. Depending on the role, equity and other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of a total compensation package. In addition, Wesco offers a full range of benefits such as paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and retirement savings plans for eligible employees.
