Gist:
This role will require the scheduling of PM work of our facility technicians on staff at various building locations. After determining what work is necessary to be completed within allotted time frame; the role requires that we reach out to the manufacturing teams to discuss availability to perform work through approval request. After synergy is reached then we schedule the work and coordinate the work efforts. The Day-to-Day Review of CMMS system for preventative work to be assigned Assess technician work calendar within CMMS system for availability Meet with planner or pillar owner to determine specific requirements to complete work order Kit parts as necessary to complete work Meet with Stake holder(s) to acquire approvals to complete work order This Job is Right for You if You Have (Minimum Requirements) Highschool diploma, GED, or equivalent Must have a valid US drivers license 2+ years of experience in scheduling or inventory management systems, processes, and experienced in use of Microsoft products Communication excellence written and verbal Root cause analysis of process flows Working around site in different physical locations Self-driven, detail oriented, and goal oriented Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs This role may require additional duties and/or assignments as designated by management.
