The Project Scheduler will assist the Master Scheduler in the development and implementation of schedules to support company projects. Perform Program Planning and Scheduling tasks for the organization. The Project Scheduler will support a diverse group of senior managers, engineers, and functional personnel in the development of program plans and schedules.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Facilitate project planning: prioritize tasks, set deadlines and manage deliverables
Analyze schedule information with the project teams and stakeholders weekly
Generate program plans & schedules from the earliest stages of program development through program execution
Solid skills in analysis and reasoning, good interpersonal, communication and time management skills.
Proven ability to develop solutions to complex problems and support the development and deployment of new techniques and tools.
Prepare and coordinate plans and schedules for new and/or existing projects. Analyze effects of projects on engineering, facilities, and construction and determine efficient methods to solve conflicts.
Education And/or Work Experience Requirements
Minimum 2 years related experience in MS Project or Primavera
Has the ability to work well with others
Degreed individual preferred, but applicable experience with financial, project management disciplines and practices will be considered
Ability to clearly convey information and ideas verbally to both employees and customers.
Computer proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office applications.
Must be a self-starter and able to effectively perform independently.
Good organizational skills and ability to effectively coordinate multiple activities.
Solid knowledge of MS Project; scheduling theory, techniques and methodologies; project management principles.
Working knowledge of critical path and other schedule risk/opportunity analysis techniques.
Good presentation, communication, and analytical skills.
Physical Requirements/Work Environment
Work is performed in an office environment and in the field. Required to sit, stand, bend twist and lift up to 20 pounds.
May be exposed to weather elements in the field and must drive a company vehicle.
