Production Lead Coordinator Position Available In Edgecombe, North Carolina

Description This high visibility role has the opportunity to work alongside engineering/maintenance, quality and production colleagues to improve existing processes and define new processes where needed. You will be able to provide process expertise in regards to process improvement techniques to achieve corporate objectives within the costs allowable. This position will work with and rely on production supervisors to accomplish daily tasks, while driving improvements, vision, and direction.

Responsibilities include:

Meeting KPI targets, Reporting through the use of Microsoft Office and other software applications Presenting results and countermeasures Leading cross functional teams in weekly meetings Budgeting Meeting customer expectations Lead continuous improvement activities on Assembly Production lines Lead Root Cause Analysis for Quality and Efficiency Issues Support materials team by oversight of 2nd shift Receiving, warehouse and Shipping functions

Minimum Qualifications:

Associates degree with 5 years experience leading production operations Demonstrated ability to lead in a cross functional team environment Demonstrated ability to communicate with all levels of an organization Strong interpersonal skills Self-directed and task-oriented Willing to work overtime as required Experience with Microsoft Office Applications such as

Excel, Word and PowerPoint Preferred Qualifications:
