Job Description

Operations Coordinator Network South, Inc. Youngsville, NC 27596 Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The Operations Coordinator at Network South is responsible for managing schedules, coordinating service technicians, and ensuring smooth field operations. This includes logging service requests, managing inventory and supplies, maintaining clear communication with technicians, and tracking service activities. Success in this role requires strong problem-solving abilities, clear communication, and a proactive approach .

Key Responsibilities:

Dispatching Assign service technicians to jobs, ensuring the right personnel are dispatched to the appropriate location at the correct time. Scheduling Manage and update technician schedules to meet customer needs and ensure timely response to service requests. Coordination Serve as the central point of contact for field technicians, customers, and internal teams to ensure effective handling of service requests. Communication Maintain consistent communication with technicians via phone, text, or email to provide updates, relay instructions, and resolve any issues. Monitoring Track the progress of ongoing service activities to ensure timely completion and maintain high customer satisfaction. Inventory Management Monitor inventory levels and ensure necessary supplies are available to support field operations. Receiving and Staging Verify the accuracy of incoming orders and stage materials for upcoming installations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Experience in IT support, helpdesk management, or technical service coordination, preferred. Previous leadership or supervisory experience managing an IT support team preferred. Experience with ticketing systems and service dispatch coordination preferred. Ability to schedule and manage field technicians effectively.
