Staffing Scheduler/ CNA Responsibilities Include:

The Staffing Scheduler / CNA is responsible for planning, organizing and scheduling staff to ensure the residents safety and comfort is guaranteed Main duties would be ensure accurate staffing to meet facilities needs, budget management on facilities needs, multi-tasking with current staff and communications by email, text and phone, experience with scheduling platform (ex:onshift). This will be working with Staffing the staff schedules to take care of the residents. Previous experience preferred.
