Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Manage Production Schedules:
Create, maintain, and adjust production schedules to ensure timely delivery while minimizing downtime and maximizing resource utilization. 2.
Resource Allocation:
Collaborate with Operations Managers in allocating labor, equipment, and materials efficiently to meet production targets while minimizing costs. 3.
Work-in-Process:
Create optimized schedules for work-in-process (WIP) to minimize production delays and ensure smooth transitions between manufacturing stages. 4. Adjust Schedules as
Needed:
Respond quickly to changes in production demands, resource availability, unplanned issues or changes to customer requirements by adjusting schedules and ensuring minimal disruption. 5.
Analysis Support:
Analyze historical production data, demand forecasts, and inventory levels to support informed decision-making for schedule creation. 6.
Capacity Planning:
Monitor production capacity, identifying and addressing capacity constraints. 7.
Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with production supervisors, planners, and other stakeholders to provide support in aligning schedules with production goals. 8.
Performance Monitoring Support:
Assist in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production schedules and contribute to resource utilization tracking. 9.
Reporting:

Qualifications:

Proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, ERP Systems, or other scheduling tools). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances. Attention to detail and a willingness to work under guidance. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is preferred.
