Your Impact
The Creative Campaign Ops Coordinator is responsible for facilitating the procurement, planning and shipping logistics for hero and support products required for broadcast video productions and 360 paid marketing activations. They will be responsible for managing and supporting the process for tracking and maintaining an uptodate departmental budget, estimates and invoices, product sourcing inventory database, store use cards, and usage rights. This role will also lead creative development and production of smallscale social video projects, in addition to supporting the Creative Producer on highercomplexity productions, including communications with crossfunctional teams and external production partners.
What You Will Do
Secures key products needed for various productions and activations working directly with our cross functional marketing stakeholder to ensure accuracy.
Manages and owns the product sourcing process for broadcast video, as well as the communication and logistics for the procurement of vendor products for ongoing productions.
Owns the identification and procurement process to obtain a suitable replacement product and resolve any potential delays in productions. Escalating issues as necessary directly to leadership.
Manages product logistics from point of purchase to delivery at shoot or activation location. Ensuring clear and timely communication with the production company.
Organizes and manages the process for returning and donating vendor products after the completion of shoot.
Maintains the comprehensive inventory database of any product currently being stored by production teams or at Lowe’s warehouse facilities.
Issues Store Use Cards for production teams to use instore for the procurement of prop and emergency product needs.
Manages the process for tracking usage and rights for all TV, OLV and Radio assets (with SAG/AFTRA and/or nonunion talent). Reporting out quarterly to talent management and creative agencies for visibility.
Vets internal associates for their eligibility to use as onscreen talent in Marketing and Advertising materials ensuring the proper processes are maintained and all approvals are received.
Facilitates the implementation and amendments of partner agreements such as MSA, SOWs and ASAs in collaboration with Internal Strategic Sourcing and Lowe’s legal team.
Manages the project estimate and invoices approval process to garner appropriate signatures; and manages the reconciling of the estimates to final invoices received for the job.
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree Business, communications related field
35 Years General Marketing Experience
12 Years Experience in product sourcing, administrative support or working with support data
Preferred Skills/Education 35 Years Experience working with data bases, data collection, and report generation
