Sanford, NC 27332 Nurse’s Aide Job Description Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse Aide scheduler/coordinator to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients in home settings. Responsibilities Weekly scheduling of in home care patients with a nurse aide Find a replacement aide for client when the regular nurse aide must be off Prepare weekly/monthly/daily reports as designated by management Verify aides worked scheduled hours and used Medicaid system as instructed Communicate with county offices as needed Keep accurate records of CNA renewal requirements Qualifications Experience in a healthcare setting is advantageous; familiarity with geriatrics or in home care a plus. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide compassionate care to patients of all ages. Computer literacy with Word, and Excel. Willingness to learn new computer programs as mandated by state and other agency’s Must be able to pass background checks and adhere to health regulations.
