This will be a Door to Door position so this is something you must be comfortable with, however, there will be extensive training available to get you where you need to be. Job Summary We are seeking motivated and results-driven individuals to join our client’s team as a Canvasser. Our client is a reputable Roofing and Exterior company that services the Charlotte area. This position could be either full or part-time depending on what works best for you. Job Duties Knock doors in storm-affected or target neighborhoods Introduce our client’s services and schedule free roof inspections Represent the brand professionally and build homeowner trust Pass off qualified leads to Sales Reps for closing Track and report leads using basic tools or CRM access Commission Structure $2,500 for the first 3 contracts signed 10% of residential roofing sales including supplements 8% for commercial roofing and non-roofing, siding, windows/door jobs 10/50/50 profit split for new construction jobs based upon total job cost $100 for each self-generated signed contract Bonuses Monthly bonus of $500 for $75,000 of revenue produced Quarterly bonus of $1,500 for $225,000 of revenue produced Yearly bonus of $5,000 for $900,000 of revenue produced A company vehicle will be supplied upon three successful months of achieving sales goals or $150,000 in sales the first 30 days of employment $50 for each google review posted from your customer on a completed job This is a great opportunity with flexibility so if you are interested please apply!!!
