To support our operations in Charlotte, we’re hiring an Operations Coordinator to help manage day-to-day operations, project coordination, and customer service. Key Responsibilities Coordinate repair- and maintenance assignments and spare parts orders Handle quotations, invoicing, and procurement Support field technicians and manage service reports Maintain customer contracts and relationships Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers Track KPIs and support process improvements Your Profile Background in a technical or commercial training 2+ years of experience in an industrial environment Strong technical understanding and MS Office/ERP skills Team player with a proactive, service-oriented mindset Strong English skills; German is a plus Willing to travel up to 10% Benefits Employer supplemented healthcare benefits 401(k) with 6% company match 15 vacation days, 10 sick days Paid company holidays
