Project Scheduler Confidential Charlotte, NC • Remote Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Scheduler to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the planning and execution of construction projects, ensuring that materials are ordered and subs are scheduled efficiently. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the field manager and project manager to achieve project goals. Duties Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Contractor Foreman and Google sheets software. Coordinate with field manager, and project manager to gather necessary information for scheduling. Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes or delays. Facilitate communication between all parties involved in the project to ensure alignment on timelines and deliverance. Prepare material orders from FM and PM and source materials. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations related to project timelines. Skills Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices. Proficiency in project scheduling tools such as CF and google sheets Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Familiarity with contract management and understanding of contractual obligations. Experience in project coordination and management within the construction industry Strong analytical skills with attention to detail to identify scheduling conflicts or issues. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
