Security Operations & Compliance Coordinator Nova Nine Protection Charlotte, NC 28204 About Us Nova Nine Protection LLC is a trusted name in security services throughout North Carolina. We are currently expanding and seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations & Compliance Coordinator to support our team in maintaining superior standards and operational efficiency. ⸻ Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will manage critical day-to-day tasks including: Punch Reports & Invoicing (1-2 hrs/week): Utilize Protos Security’s vendor portal to complete and submit timely reports and invoices. Phone Communication (3-5 hrs/week): Handle staff coordination, incident updates, and direct communication with Protos and Nova Nine personnel. Daily End-of-Shift Reports (1-1.5 hrs/week): Review and log EOS reports for dealerships and security posts. Scheduling (2-3 hrs/week): Create, update, and distribute weekly/biweekly schedules ensuring all posts are adequately covered. Manual Payroll Updates (2-4 hrs per cycle): Maintain accurate records and apply schedule adjustments for payroll processing. Site Management Visits (4-6 hrs/week): Conduct physical site inspections and meet with officers to reinforce SOP adherence and service quality. New Hire Onboarding (4-6 hrs per hire): Conduct interviews, complete onboarding paperwork, and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
