The Sauna Attendant position is responsible for ensuring the effortless flow of the studio to maximize the guest experience. We are looking for a candidate who is reliable, exhibits a strong moral fiber, possesses a positive attitude and solid work ethic. Experience working in a spa or health/wellness environment is a plus, however, we are willing to train the right candidate.

Availability Requirement:

Weekday Mornings and Afternoons as Needed, Saturdays as Needed.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Maintain clean facility and studio appearance during operating hours
• Ensure the reception area, sauna rooms, restroom, and work room are cleaned/sanitized at all times and in full operating order
• Prepare sauna suites for next guest appointments following hospital grade cleaning standards
• Maintaining and organizing the facility’s operational supply area
• Follow a daily expectation list to ensure optimal operation of the studio
• Communicate effectively with front desk staff to ensure a seamless experience for the guest
• Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the manager’s discretion Trait for Success in this Role
• Detail-oriented – ensure sauna rooms and studios appear ultra-clean and fresh
• Team player – able to successfully communicate needs, ask questions and work in a group environment
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks to ensure exceptions are met throughout the shift
• Ability to work diligently with time constraints
• Displays integrity in their work and follows company policies.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities at the owner/ managers discretion
• An authentic passion for providing an amazing guest experience!

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to handle higher temperatures for short periods of time (infrared saunas are 135 degrees)
• Must be able to be on your feet for an extended period of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must be able to bend, kneel, and squat to access, clean and adjust the saunas as needed.
