• Hampstead, NC 2778 Country Club Drive, Hampstead, NC 28443 Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Staff Scheduler to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing nursing staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts, and maintaining accurate documentation. This position requires strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of long term care systems and care expectations. Responsibilities

• Responsible for creating and maintaining staff schedules and shifts worked
• Proactively manage scheduling requirements for full-time, part-time, and PRN employees
• Utilize the scheduling system and/or manual records of staffing assignments and changes
• Communicate with facility and staff to fill open shifts and call-ins
• Review and assist with daily clinical staffing to help ensure targeted staffing levels
• Help create staffing patterns and templates to increase efficiency and staff satisfaction
• Work collaboratively with clinical unit and nursing leadership to facilitate staffing changes/adjustments
• Address and resolve scheduling conflicts promptly and professionally.
• Assist with attendance and absence tracking Qualifications Active CNA certification in NC preferred Previous staffing/scheduling experience in Long Term Care environment highly preferred Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation review.
