Position Summary This position is responsible and accountable for the entry of surgeon office requests for surgery to include patient demographic and medical information. The position acts as the central contact for coordination of pre-surgical information from the surgeon office and internal departments prior to day of surgery. Minimum Requirements Three to four years related experience
