The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities. Self-motivated and results-driven integrator who will help plan, develop, implement, and lead a dynamically growing organization. This position requires strong time management skills, proficiency in Google Suite, and Microsoft Office. As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating various administrative functions and supporting the operational needs of our organization. Duties Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings to ensure efficient workflow. Perform data entry tasks accurately and maintain organized filing systems. Utilize Google Suite and Microsoft Office for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations. Assist in clerical duties as needed, including typing correspondence and reports. Collaborate with team members to streamline operations and improve processes. Requirements Must be an excellent communicator, both written and verbal. Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office Word & Excel. Experience with computerized systems for data entry and file management.
