We are seeking a dedicated individual to oversee the critical weekend operations that drive efficiency in our logistics and transportation coordination.
What You’ll Do:
Manage Load Planning:
Assign carriers to shipments, optimize load coverage, and minimize service disruptions.
Monitor Real-Time Logistics:
Track transportation performance, oversee trailer availability, and address any gaps promptly. Collaborate with 3
PL Providers:
Ensure efficient freight movement, meet service level agreements, and maintain cost-effective operations.
Ensure Compliance & Risk Mitigation:
Adhere to safety regulations, DOT requirements, and industry standards to reduce operational risks.
Streamline Documentation:
Handle shipping documents, carrier contracts, and compliance paperwork to maintain operational accuracy.
Enhance Routing & Scheduling:
Optimize routes, reduce transit times, and improve on-time delivery performance.
Resolve Transportation Issues:
Troubleshoot and resolve delivery challenges to minimize disruptions in the supply chain.
Drive Process Improvements :
Identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions to enhance service reliability and cost efficiency.
