Job Description:

Surgery Scheduler Very busy medical office in Matthews isseeking a polished, professional individual that always maintains ahigh level of customer service to each and every patient. Hours8:30a-5:30p, M-F. Temp to perm. $20/hour.

Responsibilities:

SurgeryScheduling Input cases into centers scheduling system VerifyBenefits – works with patients and insurance companies with billingexplanations Communicates with patients, physician offices,insurance companies, staff, surgeons and external contractors Worksdirectly with patients over the phone and in person ReliefReceptionist Meets, greets and checks in patients, staff,physicians and visitors Chart preparation Answering phones

Requirements:
