In this role, you will: Supervise a team of Operation Specialists responsible for moderately complex transactional and operational tasks such as processing servicing related tasks, identifying problems, improving service levels and develop metric to measure growth and performance Ensure timely completion, quality and compliance within the operation area Work independently on moderately complex issues and projects Identify opportunities for process improvement and risk control development and escalates issues to senior management Provide training, performance, evaluation and coaching of less experienced team Make daily supervisory decisions and resolve moderately complex business issues related to team supervision, work allocation and daily operational tasks under direction of Operations management Leverage interpretation of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including senior managers Lead team to achieve objectives Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Operations Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education 1+ years of leadership experience
Desired Qualifications:
Prior electronic wire transfer experience and/or sanctions screening background 1+ years of experience coaching, mentoring, and training Demonstrated change leadership skills with ability to lead through change impacts Experience effectively managing work requests and leading a team to meet performance and quality expectations Excellent Microsoft Office skills Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy Operates independently with minimal supervision Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner Ability to prioritize tasks, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment Ability to navigate through ambiguity and maintain momentum driving for results and clarity in uncertain situations Experience working with internal and external partners effectively in a global operations environment

Hybrid work schedule The shift for this position is 11:00 am to 7:00 pm and may change based on business needs Ad Hoc holiday and weekend support may be required
