JRA is a fast-growing marketing agency that builds websites and drives leads for junk removal, dumpster rental, and demolition contractors across the U.S. Our clients rely on us to grow their business — and we rely on you to connect with them.

What You’ll Do:

Make 10 contacts per hour through Facebook engagement, DMs, text messages, and cold calls Start relationships by engaging with business owners on social media, then message or call to book sales appointments for our closers Use your personal Facebook profile to connect with prospects (your profile must be public) Post two business-related updates per week to your personal Facebook or Instagram Track all outreach in our system and report progress to your manager Work in-person daily from our Apex, NC office Get coaching and support every week to help you improve

Compensation:

$700/week base salary $400 bonus per closed sale from appointments you book Top performers can earn $6,000-$8,000+/month Clear advancement path: Move up to Sales Closer (BDR) Become a Team Lead and help grow our outbound sales team
