WHO are we looking for?

CAPTRUST

is seeking an Institutional Operations Associate who will work with client service professionals, investment consultants, and our retirement plan providers to oversee and execute on the firm’s institutional client processes. The Associate will be responsible for quarterly institutional reporting and new client onboarding. The Associate will be asked to contribute to evaluating current processes, suggest recommendations for improvement, document procedures, and educate other members of

on current and new procedures. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail and organizational skills, success in working within a team environment, and excellent interpersonal skills are key to success in this position. Primary responsibilities may include the following, among others:

Responsibilities:

Work as part of the Institutional Operations team to integrate/onboard new institutional clients Work with management to strengthen Institutional Data Integrity/Data Health Work closely with teammates on the quarterly market value and investment reporting processes within Institutional Operations Work closely with client service, consulting teams, and retirement plan provider partners

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in associated field of study or equivalent combination of training and experience required Minimum of 1-2 years experience working in operations, back office, or client service within the financial services industry Retirement plan experience preferred

Desired Qualifications/Skills:

High level of experience with Microsoft office products, specifically Excel Strong organizational skills Self-starter and can prioritize and re-prioritize with little supervision Good communication skills especially over the phone and via email Works well in a fast-paced, growing environment Detail oriented Ability to form strong relationships across the organization and with contacts at provider partners Works well in a team environment WHAT can you expect from your career at
