Job Description

Scheduling Coordinator 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars Raleigh, NC Penmarc Inspired Spaces is a premier service provider for the installation of custom-designed spaces that inspire organized lifestyles. Working with products chosen by the customer, our team of professional installers brings the project to life by creating spaces that will leave clients refreshed, excited and ready to organize. Penmarc is currently seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to support our installation team.

Friday:

8am-5pm What you will be doing! As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling and supporting our field team across the country and interacting with our clients and customers. There is a wide range of essential functions from data entry to customer service as well as routing and field support. We manage our operations through phone calls, emails and our customer database.

Qualifications:

Previous Customer Service experience Previous experience with routing, scheduling or dispatching a plus Prior experience with Salesforce a plus Efficient in Microsoft Office software applications (Outlook, Excel & Word specifically) Ability to prioritize and organize effectively with a keen sense to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment to make decisions and solve problems
