QUESTIONS
Description of Work Maintaining adequate staffing levels throughout facility through documented scheduling of nursing staff. Maintaining attendance records for the nursing department. Record and report on use of agency staff hours. Keep staffing list and contact information current and provide to nursing leadership. Assume lead role and applicable responsibilities including education for electronic scheduling. Assist the Unit Nurse Manager in scheduling staff for required in-services, competencies. Monitor staff educational compliance in collaboration with the UNM and Staff Development. Report staff noncompliance to the nursing department leaders. Maintain all in-service/training records. Longleaf Neuro-Medical Treatment Center (LNMTC), located in Wilson, NC, is a state-operated certified Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). With a staff of about 520, LNMTC provides support to approximately 200 residents with complex medical needs and/or co-existing neuro-cognitive disorders.
