We are seeking a Staffing & Recruitment Manager to lead key functions in staffing, caregiver recruitment, compliance, and client engagement across three office locations. Key Responsibilities:
Staffing & Scheduling Manage staffing for three office locations to ensure all client shifts are covered. Fill shifts promptly when caregivers call out, often with little notice, while maintaining high-quality client care. Track and organize caregiver schedules using SanData, Accesscare, and Excel/Google Sheets. Recruitment Actively recruit, screen, and interview caregiver candidates, building a robust talent pipeline of CNAs and care staff. Conduct orientation sessions twice weekly to onboard new caregivers and familiarize them with company standards and policies. Maintain accurate records of caregiver credentials, certifications, and work eligibility. Compliance Oversee background checks for candidates, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and company regulations. Manage employment verification letters and required hiring documentation. Uphold state licensing and company policies for caregiver recruitment and staffing practices. Tracking & Reporting Utilize Excel/Google Sheets to create and maintain tracking spreadsheets for caregiver assignments, coverage gaps, and availability. Monitor and report on caregiver recruitment and retention metrics to drive improvements in operational processes. Client Relations Address client concerns related to staffing or caregiver availability with professionalism and effective problem-solving skills. Communicate with clients to ensure caregivers are matched to their preferences and care needs.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in recruitment, scheduling, and caregiver management. Proficiency in tools such as SanData, Accesscare, and Excel/Google Sheets. Strong knowledge of compliance regulations and state licensing requirements. Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills. Outstanding communication skills with the ability to engage caregivers and clients effectively.
