Position Purpose Supports payroll processing and HR operations for the School of Arts & Sciences, with a focus on staff and student employee transactions. Plays a central role in coordinating biweekly and student payroll submissions and approvals, maintaining accurate records, and supporting compliance across payroll functions. On the HR side, assists with process documentation, internal communications, onboarding coordination, and file organization. Serves as a techsavvy, detailoriented point of contact for employees and departments across the school. Works collaboratively with both the Payroll and HR teams to promote efficiency, accuracy, and a positive service experience. Required Qualifications Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2 years of experience in payroll, HR, finance, or a related administrative role.
Experience with timekeeping or HR systems (e.g., Kronos, HRMS, or OnBase) preferred. Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks with accuracy and professionalism.
Comfort with process documentation and working with shared templates or guides.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Outlook.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment.
