This position will play a crucial role in supporting the operations of the firms growing investment business, collaborating across departments to ensure a streamlines Advisor experience. There ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills and a demonstrated understanding of basic investment concepts. Key areas of responsibility Proficient in MMLIS systems including A360, Account Opening, Envestnet and Alternative Investments Answer questions on Investment related inquiries from Advisors and their staff in a timely manner Research inquiries from advisors on MMLIS business Provide training to advisors and their staff on investment processes Understanding of required training and licensing requirements for MMLIS products Provide administrative support to Shared Services Advisors by opening accounts and providing a smooth process of investment transactions Diligently and in real-time communicate case status in Salesforce Promptly respond regarding advisor new business submissions and follow-ups Supporting the IO team by ensuring the smooth processing of investment transactions Collaborate with team members to improve processes and support various projects within the department Understanding of the A360 platform including how to create households, I360 set up, running reports, and other investment related items. Troubleshoot advisor questions regarding A360 and provide resolutions Provide support and training for A360 to advisors and their staff. Qualifications Associates or Bachelor’s degree Working knowledge of and proficiency with financial concepts Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Effective verbal, written and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a team environment with a positive and professional attitude Strong customer relationship management and customer service skills 2+ years experience in Financial Services Ability to pass
