Job Overview:
We are seeking detail-oriented Hardware Assemblers to support mechanical assembly operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You’ll be responsible for assembling, inspecting, and testing hardwareponents following written work instructions and engineering drawings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform mechanical assembly ofponents using hand and power tools
- Read and interpret blues, schematics, and assembly instructions
- Conduct visual inspections of assembled parts to ensure quality standards
- Follow work orders, routing sheets, and manufacturing procedures
- Use basic measurement tools such as calipers or micrometers
- Maintain a clean andanized work area
- Collaborate with team members and report issues or inconsistencies to supervisors
- Ad to all safety guidelines andpany policies
Requirements:
- 1+ year of mechanical or hardware assembly experience preferred
- Ability to read and understand work instructions and technical drawings
- Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Familiarity with hand tools, torque drivers, and small assembly equipment
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Dependable work ethic and team-oriented attitude

Pay Details:
$22.00 to $24.00 per hour
