Position Summary:

Ideal candidates will have a background in administrative coordination, excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

In this position, you’ll oversee daily and weekly staff assignments, matching caregiver availability with client needs to ensure seamless coverage. You will serve as a primary contact for schedule-related questions and updates, clearly communicating with both clients and field staff. A typical day may involve reworking staffing plans, responding to last-minute changes, and helping resolve scheduling conflicts—all while maintaining a positive rapport with everyone involved. This role also includes maintaining accurate records of assignments, documenting adjustments, and collaborating with leadership to identify and support ongoing staffing needs. The Scheduling Coordinator will also take part in onboarding new staff by introducing them to scheduling protocols and expectations.
