Job Description

Admissions Operations Coordinator 3.6 3.6 out of 5 stars 98 Bridge St, Henniker, NH 03242 The Admissions Operations Coordinator is responsible for providing a wide range of support for the fast-paced Graduate and Professional Studies Admission department. The coordinator supports undergraduate online and graduate programs that enroll both domestic and international students. The position is responsible to ensure accuracy of data, uploading admission documents, and managing communications using the CRM system. Essential Duties Summary Support day-to-day operations of the graduate admission department including but not limited to: generating purchase requisitions, maintaining records in the institutional Banner system, and working extensively with communications, data and reports in the CRM system. Request and upload official application documents. Utilize Banner and CRM to maintain institutional and departmental records, coordinate mailings and/or email communications, and create, download, disseminate reports. Complete weekly data uploads and exports from the CRM. Manage and build reports from the CRM system. Collect and enter missing student information for applicants and enrolled students. Assist in answering phones and responding to the department’s general email account. Provide final check for accuracy of application, application documents, and associated coding before release to the registrar’s office in timely manner. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with incorrect files with the required time period. Assist with special projects. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree Customer service skills; Word, Excel, Office, other office programs; Ability to manage multiple tasks; Strong teamwork orientation.
