Scheduler:
Completes all scheduling tasks in a timely manner Adjusts patient scheduling as requested to meet patient needs Ensures accurate scheduling based on staff availability and agency territories Maintains knowledge of requirements based on Medicare regulations and other payer sources (timely admissions, Home Health Aide supervisory visits, re-certs, insurance authorizations, etc.) Utilizes electronic medical record (EMR) for accurate patient information, scheduling notes, visit types, etc. Maintains staff time off calendar Fields scheduling phone calls Qualifications for the
Scheduler:
