Duties/Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain daily schedules for flagging staff Coordinate with contractors and employees to confirm availability and assignments Communicate schedule changes and updates to staff and clients Ensure compliance with staffing requirements and regulations Maintain accurate records of schedules and staff assignments Required Skills/Abilities Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Excellent customer service skills Proficiency in

Microsoft Office Suite Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent is required Previous experience in scheduling or administrative roles is required Experience scheduling in construction or high-volume scheduling is a plus Additional education or experience in construction, flagging, or related field is a plus

Compensation:

$21.00 – $22.00 per hour, based on experience

Schedule:

Monday to Friday 40 – 50 hours per week On call
