Part-Time Scheduling Coordinator Hampstead Nursing Services Hampstead, NH 03841 • Hybrid work Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Scheduling Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing appointment schedules, ensuring efficient patient flow, and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced medical office environment. The ideal candidate will have scheduling experience, possess strong communication skills, and be proficient in scheduling software. Responsibilities Answer all calls and text messages on call phone Manage and maintain employee schedules, including filling shifts as needed and changing shifts/employees immediately to ensure facilities are staffed appropriately Communicate with scheduling manager on Monday morning regarding weekend happenings and have notes prepared Ensure all employees are aware of any changes to schedule and cancellations and mark them accordingly in the calendars Provide reports to supervisors when requested Ensure accurate employee records are maintained and updated regularly Provide excellent customer service by addressing employee inquiries and resolving scheduling conflicts Assist with administrative tasks as needed Experience Must be able to excel in a fast-paced environment Previous experience working in scheduling required Proficiency in phone and computer applications Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are essential for managing multiple schedules efficiently If you are passionate about providing outstanding service and meet the qualifications outlined above, we encourage you to apply for the Scheduling Coordinator position.
