Who We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a Regulatory Operations Specialist who demonstrates a high level of professionalism, integrity, and initiative. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of accountability and a collaborative spirit, working seamlessly across departments including Supply Chain, Quality, Sales, Customer Care and Manufacturing. This role requires a detailed-oriented individual who can manage complex regulatory documentation and processes with precision, problem solve and overcome challenges, while contributing to the continuous improvement of our regulatory operations. About the
Role:
Ensure product approvals are properly maintained, and product re-registrations are properly managed.
Exercise creativity/innovation including expectations of independent research and use of accepted regulatory practices in the execution of tasks.
Create and maintain master data for import/export, inclusions as well as manufacturing implementations in SAP.
Publish submission documentation, maintain submission logs and generate reports; advise Regulatory staff of registration renewals and maintain distributor renewal log.
Process documents for notarization, legalization and apostille.
Maintain State and Regulatory Boby License renewals, as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate’s degree in science, Engineering or other relevant discipline.
2+ years of industry experience.
Ability to develop clear, concise, and timely oral and written reports, plus communicate tactfully with all levels of personnel.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe publishing and SAP.
Strong analytical skills and ability to solve problems through analytical reasoning.
Self-initiator, results driven and action and detail oriented with demonstrated agility in learning new subject matter.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in science, Engineering or other relevant discipline.
