Senior CMMS Planner & Scheduler –

Onsite Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for the CMMS platform (e.g., SAP PM/RM, iOffice and Corrigo) used to manage work orders, PMs, and assets in a regulated GMP environment.
Develop, schedule, and optimize preventive and corrective maintenance plans for critical equipment, utilities, and facilities infrastructure.
Coordinate daily, weekly, and long-term maintenance schedules across multi-disciplinary teams (facilities, engineering, contractors, QA).
Ensure all maintenance work is planned with appropriate labor, parts, permits, safety procedures, and GMP documentation.
Maintain CMMS data integrity, including asset hierarchies, job plans, SOP links, spare parts, and system documentation.
Analyze CMMS performance data and maintenance KPIs to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with EHS, Quality, and Operations teams to ensure all activities meet regulatory and safety standards.
Support planning and execution of major shutdowns, validations, and capital improvement projects.
Develop and refine job plans, maintenance strategies, and asset lifecycle management programs.
Provide CMMS training and guidance to technicians, managers, and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Life Sciences, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 3+ years of experience in maintenance planning/scheduling within a GMP-regulated life science, pharmaceutical, or biotech facility.
Deep experience with CMMS platforms (e.g., Maximo, SAP, Blue Mountain, eMaint) and maintenance best practices.
Strong understanding of GMP, FDA, EMEA, and ISO standards.
Proficient in maintenance planning tools, reporting dashboards, and Excel/Power BI.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Preferred Certifications:
Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP)
CMMS Platform Certifications (e.g., IBM Maximo, SAP PM)
