Provides clerical and administrative support to departmental Managers, and assists in coordinating all aspects of daily operations, including recording and reporting data. II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned. Assists in recording keeping with any safety, service, and operational issues.
Maintains and distributes department related information on a daily basis.
Completes and maintains a variety of reports as directed by the department manager.
Uses software tools to manage a variety of tasks, such as procurement, safety incidents, and contract labor.
Assists with data collection and reporting as required.
Assists with the processing of financial tasks as necessary.
Assists with Department Manager in maintaining Parts Inventory on a regular basis.
Maintain overweight permits and annual registration renewals.
Communicates with vendors and department manager regarding parts and service issues.
Communicates with employees and department manager about parts/tools needed for specific jobs as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience Education:

High school diploma or G.E.D. (accredited)

Experience:

No prior work experience required.
Experience with MS office is
