Demand Planner and Scheduler Regenity Oakland, NJ Job Details Full-time $70,000 – $90,000 a year 1 hour ago Benefits AD&D insurance Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Employee assistance program Vision insurance 401(k) matching Qualifications Microsoft Excel Microsoft Access 5 years ERP systems Mid-level Analysis skills Bachelor’s degree Communication skills Full Job Description Position Summary/ Objectives The Demand Planner and Scheduler’s primary job objective is to accurately forecast future customer demand for new and existing products, using data analysis, customer provided forecasts, feedback from the commercial team and market intelligence, to optimize inventory levels and production scheduling to execute on the company’s strategy.

Essential Job Functions:

Demand forecasting utilizing historical sales data, market trends, customer forecasts, input from commercial team, as well as other areas of input (i.e. private branding team, contract development and manufacturing team…etc.) Maintain 24 month rolling demand forecast at the SKU level to be utilized in initiating the monthly Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning cycle Work closely with finance and commercial to align the demand forecast with the company’s revenue forecast Develop inventory replenishment models (safety stock) with support from the Supply Chain Analyst Maintain data and analytics to refine forecasts, generate reporting and improve inventory replenishment processes Collaborate with the Production Planner and Operations to plan production schedules based on the demand forecasts and current inventory levels Collaborate with Operations to assess resources and potential constraints to achieve Monitor daily production results and revise production schedule as needed and assist with various special ad hoc projects and other duties as required

Education and Experience and Certification:

Bachelors’ degree in a related field with a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience Experience with Cloudsuite Industrial ERP system and planning software, preferred Strong analytical and problemsolving skills Proficient to advanced Microsoft Excel skills; Microsoft Access skills a plus Embraces change, challenges status quo and makes recommendations for improvement to processes Ability to prioritize and to focus on details with attention to accuracy and deadlines Excellent verbal and written communication to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and present findings effectively. Tuition Reimbursement Salary Range:
