Office Operations Support Associate The Boxery Lyndhurst, NJ 07071 The Office Associate is responsible for performing a range of clerical and administrative tasks to support daily operations in an office setting. Specifically with

Operations, Purchasing & Inventory Purchasing & Re-Ordering:

Enter purchase orders (POs) for all Boxery warehouses, specifically handling restocking needs for the Pennsylvania location. Review restock alerts and ensure timely procurement of necessary inventory. Manage stock transfers between the Pennsylvania and Las Vegas warehouses in coordination with the purchasing team.

Inventory Management:

Oversee sales orders for Pennsylvania, Las Vegas, and truck shipments. Monitor out-of-inventory lists and execute necessary stock adjustments. Coordinate stock checks, review inventory documentation, and ensure accuracy in stock levels. Maintain accountability for all inventory movements and adjustments.

Order Processing & Fulfillment:

Work collaboratively with team members to prioritize and execute order processing efficiently.

Reporting & Analysis:

Generate and review the Open POs Report twice a week to track pending purchase orders and follow up with vendors. Review the Drop Ship Report to assess the viability of bringing in specific products to stock. Analyze the Re-Order Report to identify products that require replenishment. Monitor the Low Inventory Report to ensure proactive stock management and timely restocking.
