POSITION PURPOSE

We areseeking an experienced and innovative Technical ApplicationsSpecialist to support and transform our mission-critical customeroperations and water quality applications. In this role, you willnot only maintain our essential utility systems but also drivetechnological advancement and operational excellence. The idealcandidate will provide technical expertise for our metering systemsand water quality monitoring applications while identifyingopportunities for process improvement and innovation. Required:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalentrequired 5 years of experience in utility operations and relatedapplications Demonstrated experience with utility operationsapplications Proficiency with database management and SQL Proventrack record in technical problem solving Understanding of AMIsystems and meter data management Knowledge of water qualitymonitoring systems Familiarity with mobile workforce managementplatforms Experience with system administration and supportExcellent communication and documentation skills Ability to managemultiple priorities effectively Quick problem-solving abilities forreal-time operational issues Strong customer service orientationSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently Team playerwith a collaborative approach Comfortable with both office andfield work environments

Responsibilities:

Serve as primarytechnical expert for AMI systems, including Sensus AMI, Neptune360, Itron/Temetra, and Metron Farnier Support and maintain waterquality monitoring and compliance applications Manage and supportcustom Meter Test Bench application, ensuring accuracy of metertesting operations and data integrity Ensure data integrity andreporting accuracy for regulatory compliance Provide technicalsupport for our Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) andWater Quality Management System Troubleshoot system issues andprovide timely resolution Configure and maintain systemintegrations Create and maintain technical documentation for allsupported applications Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs)for routine operations Maintain system architecture and integrationdiagrams Prepare technical specifications for system enhancementsFor immediate response please send resume toagautam@valiantiq.com
