Scheduling Coordinator Innovative Orthodontics Mount Laurel, NJ 08054 We are a multi-location orthodontic practice committed to providing exceptional and compassionate orthodontic care. We are looking for a career-focused scheduling coordinator to join our amazing team! Our scheduling coordinators are vital to our practice in order to keep the schedule running smoothly and provide an exceptional patient experience. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Gathering patient information and obtaining the necessary paperwork Field patient calls to include: new patient calls, emergencies, follow ups, etc. Working to achieve daily scheduling goals Presentation of financial options for treatment Scheduling various appointment types Dental experience is welcome, but not required. The ideal candidate will be a team player, reliable, and have a positive attitude. Four day work weeks! Benefits include paid time off, paid holidays, 401k and health insurance.
