Key Responsibilities:

Plan and schedule maintenance tasks using CMMS (e.g., SAP, Maximo, Oracle) Develop scope of work and cost estimates for maintenance jobs Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment access Schedule preventive maintenance and shutdowns Update production teams on maintenance plans and equipment availability Close out work orders and maintain accurate records

What You’ll Bring:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training a plus 3+ years of experience in maintenance scheduling or planning Familiarity with CMMS platforms Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong organizational and time management skills Willingness to be on call for emergency situations

Work Environment:

Office-based with frequent time on the manufacturing floor. May be exposed to noise, moving parts, or varying temperatures.
