Serve as the liaison between the Payroll Department and Benefits Administrator to coordinate all employee benefits. Ensure compliance with the Department of Labor and Department of Health for all new hires, including time-clock enrollment, criminal background checks/reference checks, and license verification. Manage recruitment needs, determine open positions, screen, and interview applicants. Participate in facility management meetings as required. Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed. Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS

Must have prior experience in an HR or staffing setting. Knowledge of human resource administration. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills.
