Operations Analyst Brokerage Onboarding and Maintenance supportsthe onboarding and maintenance related functions for brokerageaccounts. The Account Management Ops Representative will providesupport to the branch office. Team functions include documentationreview and activating brokerage account traits. Support can beprovided by working cases or taking internal phone calls from thebranch office for more escalated items.
Responsibilities include:
- Respond to phone calls on the internal line. Work cases in SRP andASAP
- Review documentation for completeness and accuracy
- Decision cases while putting the client and branch office in theforefront while managing risk.
Required Skills:
- Provendecision-making skills, and the ability to effectively manage risk
- Proven track record delivering for internal and/or externalclients. Strong organizational and teamwork skills
- Resultsoriented; driven and ambitious
- Must be flexible with schedule(Operational hours are 8:30 AM 5:00 PM)Quick learner and selfsufficient
- Demonstrates initiative while working independently
