Duties Coordinate the flow of orders between the kitchen and dining area to ensure timely service. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to clarify orders and ensure accuracy. Assist in food preparation and handling, adhering to safety and sanitation standards. Monitor the quality of dishes before they leave the kitchen, ensuring they meet presentation standards. Help with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly. Support culinary staff as needed during peak hours to enhance overall efficiency. Skills Strong communication skills to facilitate effective interactions with team members and customers. Experience in a restaurant or food service environment preferred. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safe food handling practices. Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detail. Customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor.
