Medical Assistant/Surgical Scheduler Cardiology Office Brick NJ Township of Brick, NJ 08724 Overview Immediate Opening for a Medical Assistant/Hospital Scheduler. Responsibilities include scheduling hospital procedures (TEE, CVN, stress tests, cardiac catheterizations), as well as calling patients with test results, sending surgical clearances, and other associated duties. You should be well-organized, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, with a pleasant personality as you will be working directly with the physicians and patients. Experience Previous experience in a medical office is required.. Proficiency in using scheduling systems and electronic health records (EHR) software is essential. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment. Salary negotiable with experience.
