Operations Coordinator Position Available In Somerset, New Jersey

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our Business Operations team. This role plays a vital part in supporting both internal operations and client-facing activities.

Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support across client projects as assigned by managementField and respond to phone and email inquiries, primarily from pharmaceutical sales representativesAssist representatives with navigating internal systems and toolsReview daily expense submissions and develop audit reportsResearch state licensing requirements and prepare applications on behalf of clientsMaintain compliance hotlines and validate client website linksManage executive calendars and coordinate travel and meeting logisticsMonitor and order office suppliesGreet and direct office visitorsReview documents prior to client distributionSupport MLR Committee administrative needs, including system updates and change facilitationPrepare agendas, track follow-up items, and respond to internal/external requestsCompile and submit FDA and state-level compliance reportsComplete other special projects as assigned by management

QualificationsRequired:

Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree required)Strong multitasking and organizational skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to adapt to shifting priorities and manage deadlinesProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.)Strong internet research skillsComfortable working with all levels of management, clients, and vendorsFriendly, professional demeanor and team-oriented mindset

Preferred:

At least 1 year of customer service or administrative experience
