Marketing Full Job Description Administrative Asst/Scheduler:

Looking for a fast-paced, supportive and great place to work, with a lot of room for professional growth? Then you should consider joining our team. In this position, you will provide critical support for the Owner, Account Manager and the Office Manager. This is a full-time position based in Union County, New Jersey.

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced Construction, Landscaping or other “Green Industry” company is highly preferred

•. In this position you will be responsible for: Providing general administrative and clerical support for the Owner, Account Manager and Office Manager. Managing the Google Calendar and creating and maintaining sales/production-oriented Excel spreadsheets/Google sheets. Working with CRM systems and calendars to monitor customer schedules, jobs, estimates, etc. Working with field crews to monitor daily jobs and managing/recording job notes and job costs. Preparing and modifying documents including written correspondence, reports, memos and emails. Scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments for Account Manager and Owner. Assisting in marketing-related efforts. Social media experience desirable, including familiarity with Facebook and other related platforms. Providing back-up support for the Office Manager.

Qualifications:

3+ years of hands-on administrative support experience in construction, landscaping or any “Green Industry” is highly preferred Excellent communication skills

  • as well as have an attention to detail Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to multi-task regularly A willingness and enthusiasm for learning new systems Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, Google Suite, CRMs Knowledge of how to operate standard office equipment, including fax, scanner and large-scale copier As good as this job is
