E XPERIENCE R EQUIREMENTS

:•Ability to use PC; familiarity with Word and Excel; excellent data entry skills and strong attention to detail; excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; must be able to maintain confidentiality. Preferred•minimum of two years of office experience in Human Resources

P RINCIPAL R ESPONSIBILITIES

: 1. Responsible for support of the employment function: maintains and generates weekly job listing from e•recruiting, schedules appointments as requested for recruiters’ screens and/or answers applicant questions. 2. Responsible for follow•up on licensure renewals. Processes check requests for certified nursing assistant renewals. Maintains orientation list. 3. Assists with other special projects as needed.

Pay range:

$17.25•212.54 Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
