Operations Coordinator Part-Time Horseheads Journal Horsehead, NY $15.50 P/H Are you a Night Owl? The Horsehead Journal, in Horsehead, NY has an immediate opening for a part-time Operations Coordinator working 20 – 29 hours per week, The primary role of this position will be for the nightly distribution of newspaper-related products to our independent contractors.
Responsibilities:
Ensure that proper products, supplies, etc. are distributed to the correct contractor. Direct responsibility for nightly paperwork includes separation of carrier mail for various routes. Handle separation of advance insert packages. Complete daily report for distribution center activities. Represent the company in a positive professional manner.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current insurance Ability to manage multiple tasks daily Excellent time management and communication skills Ability to lift 70 pounds and manipulate carts weighing 1000+ pounds Ability to stand for extended periods of time on hard surfaces Must be capable of reaching, squatting, pushing, pulling, climbing and kneeling Ability to work indoors and outdoors GAN.gps recblid pbv1tjcpvbloou6aiie62wfnfdg355
